Emily graduated from Purdue University with both her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology. She has over 10 years of experience working with clients with a variety of needs in both clinical and educational settings. She is trained in PROMPT and the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding. Additionally, Emily has specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of orofacial myofunctional disorders. Emily has worked extensively with feeding/swallowing clients, speech sound disorders, AAC users, language disorders and clients with multiple disabilities. She currently works full time for MCPS in their Preschool Education Program. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Charlie. She also enjoys reading books, running and hiking.
